Studio Erstwood is the power of the imagination made manifest. The point where reality and fantasy coalesce. It is both escapism and an exploration of the reasons many of us seek it.It is an effort to carve out a space of my own — to explore the idea of Warhammer as a legitimate artform, realising real-world issues in high-concept settings through characters and narratives grounded in my own experience. My aim is to articulate a series of questions that I then hope to answer through the medium of miniature painting and world building.It is, and always will be, a work in progress.I am also a full-time, tax paying commission painter.
